[Spm] conversion from *.sis or *.par to Nanoscope file format

Dear All,

I am working with 2 AFM models, a Dimension 3100 and an SIS Nanostation. For some work I need to use the Nanoscope offline software to process the images (multiple section analysis, of a series of images captured along a line, which will be subsequently overlapped) which is at best compared to any other software I have seen, including SPIP (we have SPIP full version too). The multiple profiling of SPIP does not offer cursors for locating edges as its single profiling or as with Nanoscope software.

I need some utility to convert the *.sis files from the SIS machine to Nanoscope files, so that I can do section analysis and other handy functions on the converted files using the nanoscope software. Topography images alone would suffice (multiple image option is not important). Can anybody suggest a solution, for the conversion of *.sis files to nanoscope files? I have tried IGOR too, doesn't seem to work......

Thanks in advance,
Greetings,
Narayanan
