[Spm] noise in STM

Dear Peng YANG,

we have the same problem with an Omicron VT STM. Always 20 Hz noise even 
at room temperature.
Did you get any suggestions or found out by yourself? Could it be the 
magnetic suspension oscillating?
We are still struggling with the noise. I will let you know if we find 
out something.

Dear SPMers,

We use a new LT STM of Omicron. When image to HOPG at room  temperature 
in UHV,  there is always the noise about 20Hz.  Does  someone know about 
that kind of noise?
