[Spm] Four point probe accessory module for Dimension AFMs

Several years ago Veeco offered a four point probe accessory module for Dimension AFMs.  This module is no longer offered by Veeco.  The probes were made by CAPRES, and the associated electronics and probes were sold by Veeco.

Does anyone have a functional module and probe that they would like to sell?
