Hello Mr. Kirmse,
A good discussion of some LFM calibration techniques is located at:

Dear all,
I would be interested in using LFM, however I have
no experience so far how to do this (except looking at the lateral force
channel during scanning).
The questions which interests me most is
how to calibrate the cantilevers to quantifiy the measured torsion
forces.
Next is which cantilevers can be recommended for LFM and subsequent
imaging.
Could anyone point me to some good literature where I can find such
information?
Any help is highly appreciated.
Thanks in advance
Robert Kirmse
