Seems I have to disappoint you: this time there is a positive answer. You
were asking for suppliers of piezoresistive cantilevers. There are two of
them just here in Germany:
1) Kleindieck Nanotechnik www.nanotechnik.com . They offer nanomaninpulators
for SEMs with an optional add-on for piezoresistive cantilevers as force
sensors and also offer the corresponding cantilevers
2) Nascatec www.nascatec.de .They produce two types of piezoresistive
cantilevers
