[Spm] commercialized gold-contact on SiOx?

Hello SPMers,

I'm working on nanoscale electronic measurements. I need a SiOx substrate
with gold electrodes patterned on it. The preferred spacing between
electrodes ranges from tens of nanometer to hundreds of nanometer. Does
anyone know where (if commercialized) to directly buy this sort of
commercialized substrates? (because I don't want to spend too much time in
the cleaning room just for a few substrates)
