if you are looking for a software for analyzing force spectroscopy data you can use Punias (http://site.voila.fr/punias) that is distributed as a freeware and from far the leading software in the field.

In the case you are only interrested in performing an ASCII export of force curves you just need to activate the "save ASCII file" option and launch the "automatic analysis" feature and there you go...
