Hello everyone,

I would like to expand Debby's request to other versions of the Nanoscope III software. It seems to me that the parameters one needs to calculate the height from exported 16-bit gray scale images have changed between some software versions. Maybe someone from DI could give us the right parameters and formulas to use.

Thanks,

Nico

But if I use the hard-scale (0.00613765 V/LSB) to convert my data, I get the same result as the displayed graph by nanoscope. Can someone tell me which one is the correct scaling factor to use?
