Dear Andre,
Punias (http://site.voila.fr/punias) is the most advanced available forced spectroscopy analysis software.
It able to analyze a large amount of force curves from different AFM facilities (Veeco, JPK, Asylum Reasearch, Agilent) in a high-throughput using a batch process.
As an example, 1000 single molecule force spectroscopy curves can be analyzed using a WLCM fit within one hour in a semi-automated way.
The software also automatically exports force curves in ASCII format for them to be plotted with Spreadsheet software.
For any additional questions concerning Punias, please feel free to contact me offline.
Best regards,
Philippe
