[Spm] force curve analysis

Hi all,
 
I'm working with the Nanoscope Version 5.12r3 and have problems converting force curve data into Ascii Files. The software seems to convert only the data of the y-axis. How can I get the data of the x-axis?  I tried to convert the data with WsXM, but this software converts the data of the y-axis wrong. Has anyone encountered the same problems?
