Dear Anna,

You can use probes with following reference NP-STT. They are made of nitride silicone and suitable for Tapping mode in liquid. The tip apex shows 2 sharp tips (Twin Tips = TT) with radius around few nanometers. One tip is longer than other to ensure proper imaging on flat surfaces of macromolecules and to improve lateral resolution. In other situation you may expect double tip effect. You can check following web link to get full technical information: https://www.veecoprobes.com/probe_detail.asp?ClassID=88

Dear SPM listers,

Does anyone know what kind of Hi-resolution probes (with radius of
curvature ~ 1nm) is suitable for AFM imaging in liquid?

Thank you in advance,
                          Anna
