[Spm] Nanoscope software 4.23r3 doesn't run anymore

Help!

My pc is working correctly under DOS 6.0, but I cannot install and run version
4.23r3 and older ones anymore.

The DOS message is always: Protection Fault.

Has someone encountered and solved this problem?

To DI people: must the hardisk be partitioned?

Please help me.
