Dear Thomas Klünsner,
There will be only one factor difference between these two units in nanoscope and in origin.
You find out that factor and re-plot it origin.

best wishes

Dear SPM Mailing List Team,

I'm a material science student and doing my diploma thesis at the moment. The
goal of the thesis is to measure friction forces with LFM to be precise.

I measured the friction signal on a calibration grid with flat and inclined
parts (output in V) with Di Nanoscope III software version 5.30r3sr3. After
having done an ASCII export of the data unfortunately I noticed that the values
of the signal displayed in the scope mode of the software are different than
those I obtain plotting the data in Excel/Origin.

Can you tell me what I might have done wrong or need to be aware of?

Thank you very much

Thomas Klünsner
